Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year in transactional/relationship sales preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder or psychiatric treatment field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages client caseload and admission-related activities with clear documentation.
• Meets inbound call targets and maintains high-quality call standards.
• Completes clinical/medical assessments and reviews admission criteria.
• Interacts with referral sources to support customers and develop business.
• Discusses insurance and determines client financial obligation.
• Assesses needs for mediation, sober escort, and intervention and coordinates resources.
• Determines interventionist, facility, dates, and travel for admissions.
