Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Eastvale, California seeks a Recoup Specialist to inspect, document, and manage damaged food products within the distribution center. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with various teams will support our food quality and safety standards.

The role requires documenting all recouped, dumped, and salvaged products, coordinating with credit returns, and operating tuggers/forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Willing to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled zones.

Responsibilities

• Recouping reusable products and disposing of waste per policy.
• Palletizing items for salvage or donation.
• Recording information on recouped, dumped, and salvaged products and researching costs.
• Coordinating activities with credit returns personnel.
• Operating tuggers, forklifts, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Returning items to pick slots; maintaining attendance.
• Performing other duties to meet business needs.
