Job summary

Access, located in Chicago, IL, seeks a Records Center/Transportation Specialist who will move and protect critical records for hospitals and law firms. You’ll drive company vehicles, load and unload boxes, and track daily work orders.

You must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 40–50 lbs. Basic computer skills and passing a DOT/MVR background check are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a 10-year background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load/unload boxes and pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
