Job summary

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is seeking a Records Specialist (WT: Motorists Services Specialist) to support issuing titles and maintaining title records. The role requires accurate data entry, document verification, and customer service as part of the Bureau of Issuance Oversight.

Primary duties include data entry into FRVIS/ORION, review of applications, and handling high-volume transactions with attention to signatures and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Typing and data-entry skills with accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Enter data in FRVIS and ORION to issue titles and update records.
• Review applications and titles for proper information and signatures, including lien transactions.
• Process high-volume transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
