Job summary

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is seeking an OPS RCC Public Records Technician to process and respond to public records requests for the Florida Highway Patrol. You will verify information, analyze documents, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment.

Expect to work with state records systems such as GovQA, Driver and Vehicle Information Database, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state laws, policies and DHSMV procedures.
• Evidence of strong writing and communication skills.
