Qualifications

  • Ability to learn new technologies and handle a high volume of inquiries and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Research and process outgoing official transcript requests.
  • Update student records with grade changes, CPL and exam scores.
  • Process permanent record updates (address, name change, citizenship, SSN).
  • Evaluate college transcripts including domestic, military, and international transcripts.
  • Collaborate with academic departments regarding transfer equivalencies.
  • Build course articulations onto student's record.
  • Maintain data files in Ellucian Banner, Banner Document Management (BDM) and the TES.
  • Monitor multiple departmental email accounts.
  • Counsel and provide customer service to students, faculty, staff and the public via phone, email and walk-ins.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Registrar's Office and university policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to Assistant Registrar for Transfer Articulation.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Research and process outgoing official transcript requests
  • Update student records with grade changes, Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) and exam scores
  • Process permanent record updates (address, name change, citizenship, social security number)
  • Evaluate college transcripts including domestic, military, and international transcripts
  • Collaborate with academic departments regarding transfer equivalencies
  • Build course articulations onto student's record
  • Maintain data files in Ellucian Banner, Banner Document Management (BDM) and the Transfer Equivalency System (TES)
  • Monitor multiple departmental email accounts
  • Counsel and provide customer service to students, faculty, staff and the public via phone, email and walk-ins
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Registrar's Office and university policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support as needed to Assistant Registrar for Transfer Articulation
Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, students and the public
