FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as part of a nationwide law enforcement initiative preparing and analyzing data, maintaining case files, and ensuring timely reporting. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience
• 1 year of experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement
• Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer
• Demonstrable project and workload management skills
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written
• Ability to review, interpret, evaluate, and extract data from complex documents
• Strong attention to detail; meticulous data entry skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Commitment to provide excellent customer service; positive and flexible
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism

• Enter data accurately into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Create case/project files.
• Manage validation and verification of case files and data systems.
• Track case file status to meet deadlines.

• Select relevant information to prepare documents and reports.
• Manipulate, transfer, compute and print information.
• Prepare and modify reports and correspondence using word processing software.
