Responsibilities

• Performs data entry and maintenance of computer files.
• Collects and reviews documents related to the legal transfer of individuals.
• Maintains detainee records for new arrivals and updates files.
• Develops and submits reports for the detainee file system and other required reports.
• Audits detainee files according to facility policy.
• Prepares detainee files for release.
• Assists in detainee release process as required.
• Supports facility security and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Follows policies, controls equipment and supplies used in duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
