The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY), Records Management Unit, has an immediate opening for a Records Clerk who is highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused. The Unit supports internal customers by meeting all records needs, ensuring adherence to the Office's retention schedule, and developing strategies for effective records management. The Records Clerk, under supervision, performs clerical tasks and handles confidential and sensitive information.
Candidates must possess:
No formal education or experience required; ability to follow simple instructions is essential. English comprehension is necessary; foreign language skills may be required for some roles. Physical tasks may be required for certain assignments.
