Position Details

Position: Professional Data Entry Clerk

Location: United States (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently input data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness, making any necessary corrections.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring that all records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to existing data, as required.
  • Collaborate with various team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all departments.
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors to management for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our data management policies and procedures.
  • Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data entry software systems, such as Salesforce or SAP
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus
