Job summary

DocuVault is seeking a hardworking Records Center Specialist to join our warehouse team in Lakewood, CO. You will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, picking and filling orders, and managing storage locations with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating an RF scanner. Travel between facilities may be required, with opportunities to mentor teammates as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safe item retrieval.
• Proficient with RF scanner and bar-coding experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing shipments and general warehouse work.
• Process and file incoming inventory into Record Center locations.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Observe safety issues and report them.
• Perform all physical requirements.
• Travel between facilities when necessary.
• Mentor others as opportunities arise.
• Lift, load and move boxes (avg 25–40 lbs).
