Walmart US Manufacturing in Thomasville, GA seeks a Manager, Record to Report to lead month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with GAAP. You will reconcile complex accounts, analyze statements, and drive improvements in controls and processes.

You'll coordinate with cross-functional partners on forecasting, budgeting, and risk management, supporting governance and integrity across Walmart's financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area.
• 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Reconcile complex accounts involving data from multiple systems to maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial planning, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and implement internal controls.
• Manage financial data and metadata to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless financial operations.
