About the team

Walmart US Manufacturing operates five plants, including case-ready beef, with a focus on efficient financial management and operational excellence. The team supports the Thomasville location by overseeing costing processes, month-end closing, and financial statement analysis. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team ensures accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial reporting and risk management. Utilizing advanced accounting standards and data management practices, the team drives effective decision-making and operational efficiency to support Walmart’s business goals and maintain high standards of governance and control.

• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across functions.
• Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting techniques.
• Skilled in identifying process improvements and implementing controls for operational excellence.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and internal control assessments.
• Competence in data management and leveraging technology to enhance financial reporting accuracy.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
