The Consumer Rights Project at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada seeks a full-time attorney to handle criminal record sealing cases, helping clients move forward after past mistakes. The role includes outreach events to educate the community about record sealing and assisting individuals in applying for the program.

This is a new program with extensive training; the attorney will work with two advocates to build creative, effective ways to assist as many people as possible and advance

Qualificações

• Licensed attorney in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Commitment to public interest law and community service.
• Spanish language skills are beneficial.
