Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support the Consumer Rights Project, assisting attorneys and representing low-income clients in consumer-related litigation.

You will manage diverse caseloads, handle intake, deadlines, pleadings, discovery, and legal research to support litigation strategies, working in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Case management: guide clients through intake, manage deadlines, and keep electronic case files organized.
• Drafting & filing: prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other documents.
• Research: perform legal research and gather documents to support litigation strategies.
