Research and answer questions by phone or email from current account holders asking about their account. This includes everything from issues logging into the system, password resets, error messages, billing issues and other general inquiries.Answer questions from prospective account holders regarding the application process, available services and records.Accept and review applications and apply payments to accounts.Provide support to the Confidential Records Desk and Law Enforcement Desk by answering phones, responding to questions and processing requests.Work is primarily performed in a typical office environment and requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
