Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration, Inc in Maryland is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects and lead subcontractors to deliver exceptional results for customers.

You will manage from start to finish, ensuring scopes, budgets, and schedules are aligned while maintaining strong communication with homeowners and insurers. This role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and customer-focused service.

Formación

• 3+ years of construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Create scopes, estimates, budgets, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, vendors, and schedules
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
