Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Construction Field Project Manager to oversee the on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water, fire or mold losses. You will hire and manage subcontractors, source materials, manage the budget, obtain permits, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining open communication with clients and internal teams.

• 6+ years of experience as a construction project manager or similar role.
• Strong communication with clients, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile construction software.
• Experience with DASH software is a plus.
• Experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Create scope of work with homeowners or managers after loss to restore to pre-loss condition.
• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure OSHA and safety policy compliance.
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections.
• Provide written updates with photos during or after every project visit.
• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners/business owners and internal teams.

As a Reconstruction Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after a water, fire or mold loss. This role involves hiring and managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, managing the project budget, obtaining required permits, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prior experience with commercial construction is a big need in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre-loss condition
• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections
• Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit
• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget
• Communicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team members

Position Requirements
