Job summary

SERVPRO Team Landers in Durango, CO is seeking a Construction Field Project Manager to oversee on-site execution of residential and commercial restoration projects after water, fire, or mold losses.

You will hire and manage subcontractors, source materials, manage budgets, obtain permits, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and keep clients and teams informed with regular written updates and photos.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a construction project manager or similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and teams.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile construction software.
• Experience with the restoration industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, electrical, plumbing and other trades.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections.

SERVPRO is looking for a Construction Field Project Manager!

As a Reconstruction Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after a water, fire or mold loss. This role involves hiring and managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, managing the project budget, obtaining required permits, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre-loss condition


• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks


• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies


• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections


• Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit


• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget


• Communicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team members

Position Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a construction project manager or comparable role


• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders


• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industry


• Prior experience with DASH software is a plus


• Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus


• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards
