Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Project Manager for the Reconstruction Department in Georgia, with travel to nearby markets as needed. You will oversee all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction after water mitigation, coordinating crews, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and familiarity with restoration software. Travel and on-site supervision are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia building codes and construction trades.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, DocuSketch, or similar software.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead crews and interact with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, including demolition and finishing work.
• Schedule, direct, and supervise subcontractors and internal crews to ensure on-time, high-quality work.
• Coordinate with mitigation teams to ensure rebuilds start on time and follow procedures.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines using restoration software.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, insurers, and internal teams with regular updates.
• Inspect sites for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Document progress with logs, photos, moisture readings, and punch lists.
• Ensure OSHA and Georgia safety standards on all sites.
• Train and mentor crew members on safety and procedures.
