The Project Manager oversees all aspects of reconstruction projects following water mitigation. This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet Serclean's quality standards and customer expectations. The Project Manager serves as the main contact for property owners, insurance representatives, and internal teams throughout the rebuild process.
