Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Project Manager in the Reconstruction Department to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water mitigation. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout the rebuild process.

You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners, insurers, and internal teams, with travel across Georgia and nearby markets as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and Georgia building codes.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, DocuSketch or similar software.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Schedule, direct, and supervise subcontractors and crews.
• Coordinate with mitigation teams to start rebuilds on time.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines using restoration software.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Inspect sites for quality and safety compliance.
• Document progress with logs, photos, moisture readings, and punch lists.
• Ensure OSHA and Georgia safety standards are met.
• Train and mentor crew members on safety and procedures.
