Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Project Manager in Georgia for the Reconstruction and Rebuild Services division. The role oversees reconstruction projects after water mitigation, coordinating crews, managing budgets, and maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

This position involves direct interaction with homeowners, insurers, and internal teams. Travel between Georgia sites and occasionally to Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida is required.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction trades, materials, and Georgia building codes.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, DocuSketch, or similar software.
  • Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead crews and interact with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, including demolition, structural repairs, and finishing work.
  • Schedule, direct, and supervise subcontractors and internal crews for timely, high-quality completion.
  • Coordinate with mitigation teams to ensure rebuilds start on time and follow proper procedures.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines using restoration software.
  • Serve as primary contact for homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters, providing updates and resolving concerns.
  • Inspect job sites to verify quality, safety compliance, and building code adherence.
  • Document project progress through logs, photos, moisture readings, and punch lists.
  • Ensure OSHA and Georgia construction safety standards are met on all sites.
  • Train and mentor crew members on safety practices and Serclean procedures.
