Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Project Manager for its Reconstruction and Rebuild Services division in Georgia. The role oversees all aspects of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water mitigation, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

You will be the primary contact for property owners, insurance representatives, and internal teams throughout the rebuild, ensuring work adheres to Georgia codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and Georgia building codes.
• Proficiency with restoration software (Xactimate, DASH, DocuSketch) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish, including demolition, repairs and finishing work.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors and crews to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
• Coordinate with mitigation teams to start rebuilds promptly and follow procedures.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines; document progress with logs and photos.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, insurers, and internal teams.
