Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree or 5 years industry experience.
• Experience in project management and estimating.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong communication with clients, adjusters and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Screen and pre-qualify new assignments.
• Review and finalize scopes with clients and adjusters.
• Assign a superintendent to each project and manage progress.
• Prepare accurate estimates with complete bill of materials.
• Monitor profitability and adherence to scope.
• Oversee project communications and milestones.
• Participate in hiring and training of team members.
• Develop relationships to source new opportunities.
• Ensure safety and compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with Claims Coordinator for bill collections.
