Job summary

Volarify in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Project Manager – Reconstruction to oversee insurance-driven rebuilds from scope and estimates through completion and invoicing. You will coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors, while communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and carriers to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

The ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in restoration PM, Xactimate proficiency, knowledge of building codes, and a valid AZ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in restoration or construction.
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
• Experience with insurance carriers and adjusters.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Arizona driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reconstruction projects from scope and estimate through completion and final invoicing
• Prepare and review detailed estimates in Xactimate; negotiate scope and supplements with insurance adjusters
• Develop project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, progress, and code compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, keeping them informed and managing expectations
• Track job costs, change orders, and budgets to protect project margins
• Obtain permits and coordinate inspections as required
• Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and job notes in project management software
• Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA, and local building codes
• Collaborate with mitigation, estimating, and administrative teams for seamless handoffs
• Drive collections and project closeout, including certificates of completion
