Job summary

Gurr Brothers in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 2 to 5+ years in insurance restoration or residential rebuilding to lead multiple rebuild sites.

You will coordinate subcontractors, review and execute insurance repair scopes, track change orders, and maintain proactive, empathetic communication with property owners while upholding safety and quality standards. This role offers a growth-oriented path with uncapped earning potential and a fast-track to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration or residential rebuilding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active rebuilds simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable field vehicle.

What You'll Do:

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck ).
• : Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
