Job summary

Gurr Brothers Construction LLC is seeking a project manager with 2–5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building. You will coordinate subcontractors, review repair scopes, and oversee field inspections to ensure quality and profitability.

You will lead multiple active rebuilds, maintain strong owner communications, and work within a rapidly expanding national organization that backs project flow and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuilds.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record; field vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor coordination: manage schedules, trade activity and workflows across active rebuild sites.
• Scope execution: review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, track changes to maximize profitability.
• Field inspections and CX: enforce quality workmanship and safety while communicating with property owners.

What You'll Do:

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
