Job summary

GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a capable Project Manager with insurance restoration experience to oversee residential rebuilds, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure project profitability.

You will review scopes, manage change orders, and maintain proactive communication with property owners, while upholding safety and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We’re Looking For:
