Job summary

GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a project manager with insurance restoration experience to lead subcontractors on residential and light commercial rebuilds.

You will review insurance scopes, manage change orders, ensure safety and quality, and maintain proactive communication with property owners. A strong track record coordinating multiple sites is required; a reliable vehicle and valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Experience coordinating multiple active residential rebuilds.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.

• Review and execute insurance repair scopes; track change orders and supplements.

What You’ll Do:

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We’re Looking For:
