Job summary

GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead insurance restoration and residential rebuilds. You will coordinate subcontractors, review scopes, and ensure on-time, quality work while maintaining proactive communication with property owners.

With 2–5+ years in insurance restoration, a valid license, and a proven multi-site management track record, you will join a rapidly expanding national organization providing uncapped earnings and strong project

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (truck preferred).
• Preferred: familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor coordination across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field inspections and CX: enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners
