Job summary

GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a proactive Project Manager with 2–5+ years of experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage scopes and change orders, and ensure high-quality, safe work on multiple sites.

The role offers an uncapped earnings opportunity with a base plus project-based commissions, backed by a national organization.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
