GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead insurance restoration and residential rebuilds. You will coordinate subcontractors, review scopes, and ensure profitability while maintaining clear communication with property owners.

Bring 2–5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration or residential building, a valid license, and a reliable field vehicle. This is a hands-on role with a path toward regional leadership within a rapidly expanding

Competenze

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
