Job summary

Gurr Brothers is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors and oversee insurance restoration projects across multiple residential rebuild sites in Indianapolis. You will drive scope execution, track changes, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuilds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network (preferred).

• Coordinate schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active rebuild sites.
• Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements.
• Conduct field inspections, ensure quality workmanship and safety, and maintain proactive communication with property owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
