Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will oversee the entire customer experience, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage schedules, timelines and budgets to deliver results that align with our mission of helping people recover from fire and water incidents.

The role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication, and a willingness to work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute reconstruction projects with high quality of service.
• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on process.
• Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Job Description

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

• Ensure proper permits are acquired
• Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical And Work Environment Requirements

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
