Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Chesterfield-area Contents Project Manager to plan and supervise pack outs, moves and cleaning projects for customers’ belongings, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.

You will provide estimates, educate customers, coordinate crews and schedules, and manage multiple jobs while upholding safety standards. Strong customer service and restoration experience are highly valued, with a high school diploma and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a proven track record.
• Clear written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience in restoration and/or cleaning is preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a background check where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute pack outs, moves and cleaning projects for customers’ belongings while ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide estimates and sell contents jobs to customers.
• Educate customers on job processes and maintain communications with customers, clients and crews.

Job Description:

Plan and execute pack outs, moves and cleaning projects for customers’ belongings while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer, client, subcontractor and crew communications
• Create project schedules and budgets
• Manage multiple jobs concurrently
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers.

Qualifications:

• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in restoration and/or cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Valid Driver’s license with clean history

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, or environments that require personal protective equipment
• Walking, Standing, Sitting and Driving for extended periods of time.
