Qualifications

• Experience managing contents operations and inventory.
• Proven ability to manage people, especially younger or less experienced employees.
• Organized with strong accountability and follow-through.
• Able to create and enforce processes and procedures.
• Hands-on in the field while managing overall operation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, production, and closeout.
• Meet with customers to understand project needs and communicate expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor progress and address issues before they become problems.
• Perform regular site visits and quality-control inspections.
• Review invoices and project costs for accuracy.
• Keep projects moving forward and hold teams accountable.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure projects are completed properly and closed out in a timely manner.
