Job summary

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to join our team of disaster restoration professionals. The role focuses on creating estimates in Xactimate, aligning with insurance guidelines, and coordinating with internal resources and partners to deliver on-time project scopes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recon construction and Xactimate experience, holds IICRC certification, a valid driver's license, and can work full-time Monday through Friday in a fast-paced

• 2+ years of recon construction and/or mitigation experience.
• 2+ years' experience using Xactimate.
• IICRC certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Creating estimates in Xactimate.
• Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Managing and organizing project documentation.
• Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communicate with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for project execution.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $90,000 per year
