Job summary

DRYmedic® Restoration Services in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to join our team. You will create estimates in Xactimate, write scopes, and coordinate with adjusters to finalize agreements while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recon construction/mitigation (water, fire; mold a plus), 2+ years' Xactimate experience, IICRC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ recon construction and/or mitigation experience (water and fire; mold a plus)
• 2+ years’ experience in Xactimate
• IICRC certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Creating estimates in Xactimate.
• Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Managing and organizing documentation.
• Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.
