Job summary

SERVPRO Team Miller in Wheeling, IL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Team Lead who can supervise projects and guide teams through restoration jobs. You will monitor leads, coordinate with Project Managers and Production, audit documentation, and ensure accurate invoicing from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or office experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a comfort with digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service and/or office experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Proficiency using various digital tools and technologies for tasks.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status to ensure accuracy in documentation daily.
• Oversee daily project status including auditing and work-in-progress.
• Ensure all client requirements are met.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
• Review timestamps and data to reflect accurate reporting/KPIs.
• Create budgets and total loss lists.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager/Team Lead is to monitor incoming leads from conversion to active job status through completion of work and customer invoicing. The Assistant Project Manager/Team Lead will work closely with Project Manager and Production to maintain an accurate work-in-progress file and audit daily documentation for all job files. The Assistant Project Manager/Team Lead will also review the scope, estimate, and job file documentation to ensure all program requirements are met and all work performed is accurately invoiced.
