Job summary

SERVPRO Team Miller in Taylor, MI is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service to customers, clients, and subcontractors. You will manage timelines, budgets, and communications, assess project scope, obtain permits, and coordinate resources.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• 2 year Restoration background is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
