  • Create and communicate the project draw schedule at time of contract execution
  • Proactively initiate draw requests in alignment with production milestones
  • Track received payments and follow up on any delays or customer issues
  • Collaborate with PMs to confirm readiness for each billing stage
4. Supplement Management
  • Identify potential supplements due to scope gaps, unforeseen conditions, or code upgrades
  • Work with PM and field team to gather required documentation (photos, change conditions, invoices)
  • Submit supplements to carriers or customers, track approval status, and update financials accordingly
  • Maintain supplement logs and revised estimate versions in Procore
  • Ensure all required project documentation is completed: COS, final photos, punch list approvals
  • Confirm all drawing payments and supplements have been received
  • Submit final invoice package and close out project in coordination with accounting
  • Archive all job documentation in Procore according to company policy
Role Boundaries – What This Position Does Not Include
  • Daily scheduling, field coordination, or subcontractor oversight (handled by PM)
  • Project budget creation or buyout responsibilities (handled by PM)
  • Subcontractor procurement, progress inspections, or change order execution in the field
