Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Converting Operator C to support the film production line. The role requires following quality guidelines, operating equipment, assisting extrusion, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.

You will monitor film conformity, perform setups, and participate in corrective actions to meet production targets. Candidates should have the ability to work varied shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively.

• Follow quality guidelines to meet specifications
• Monitor film for conformance to specifications
• Ensure work instructions from Level 3 documents are followed
• Support line Operations Coordinators as needed
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Operations Coordinator
• Participate in corrective actions for film non-conformities, equipment abnormalities, and material defects
• Support plant targets and goals
• Ensure paperwork is filled out properly (Production ticket, timeline, stretch film inspection log, SOCs)
• Read production orders (film type, gauge width, footage, packing spec) and ensure materials meet requirements
• Support housekeeping requirements
• Be familiar with quality defects for machine and hand film
• Understand and follow hold procedures
• Familiar with troubleshooting techniques for entire line
