The Receptionist is an Administrative Support Professional who serves an essential role in the organization’s mission to provide person‑centered, short‑term inpatient psychiatric treatment services for people in crisis. Under the direction of the Director of Inpatient Care at one of the Crisis Residential Facilities, the Receptionist works with all staff and providers, as well as crisis workers, law enforcement, community hospital staff, patients, and families/visitors/vendors. The Receptionist is the first point of contact when entering the facility, so a friendly demeanor is a must, along with excellent customer service skills. The facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no closures for holidays. Ability to work a set schedule consisting of evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.
