Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join the administrative team. You will warmly greet residents and visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and assist with clerical tasks to support staff and operations.

You will help the sales team with tours, data entry, and inventory while maintaining courteous communication with residents and colleagues. Weekend availability and a friendly, organized approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic office skills.
• Friendly, organized and service-oriented.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• May be required to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals arriving at the community and at the front desk.
• Answer the telephone and relay messages.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, and mailings.
• Support the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory.
