Legend Senior Living® is seeking an outstanding Receptionist to join our administrative team. In this role you will warmly greet visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and support staff with clerical tasks at the front desk of our community.

You will assist the sales team with tours, data entry, and mailing preparation, while ensuring residents and staff experience courteous, efficient service in a warm, professional environment. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of basic office skills.
• Friendly, organized and service-oriented.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Receptionist. You will make a difference by courteously assisting individuals at the front desk or on the phone, and assisting the staff with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting individuals arriving at the community
• Answering the telephone and relaying messages
• Assisting with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages and preparing mailings
• Assisting the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
