Stormont Vail Health seeks a friendly HR Receptionist to join our Human Resources team in the Kansas location. You will greet applicants and visitors, answer phones, direct inquiries, and support daily HR operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating mail, filing, data entry, and badge creation for new hires and staff, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Under the supervision of the Human Resource Directors the Human Resources Receptionist receives phone calls and visitors at the front desk of the Human Resources Building by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately to members of the Benefits and Wellness, Employee Health and Employee Relations, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition teams.
High School Diploma / GED Required Associate's Degree Preferred
1 year Clerical support experience.
Complies with all policies, standards, mandatory training and requirements of Stormont Vail Health Performs other duties as assigned

Workspace is a quiet and distraction-free allowing the ability to comply with all security and privacy standards. Stable access to electricity and a minimum of 25mb upload and internet speed. Dedicate full attention to the job duties and communication with others during working hours. Adhere to break and attendance schedules agreed upon with supervisor. Abide by Stormont Vail's Remote Worker Policy and will review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually.
