Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems across our campus. You will install, maintain, and repair machinery, structures, and pipe networks, and work with automated equipment and robots.
Requires 2 years in facilities maintenance or related field, valid driver's license with clean MVR, and ability to be on call.

Must specialize in one or more of the following trades and have general knowledge of non-specialized trades. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, refrigeration, heating/air, painter, hydraulics, plant operations, machine repair.
Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties.
2 years Experience in facilities maintenance, building operations or related experience or training.
Drivers License - DMV Current Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR with 3-year baseline and annual MVR review.
30% As necessary to perform duties.
Complies with all policies, standards, mandatory training and requirements of Stormont Vail Health Performs other duties as assigned.
