You will manage front desk operations, assist with scheduling, and help insurance agents provide excellent customer experiences in a busy, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor are important.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain calendars for insurance agents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide basic information about insurance products and services or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
• Support the team with document preparation and client communication.
