Key Responsibilities :

• Client Interaction : Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients in person and on the phone, ensuring they are connected with the right team members.
• Appointment & Office Management : Schedule appointments and manage communications to keep everything running smoothly.
• Customer Support : Respond to inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure all customer needs are met with care and attention.
• Sales & Relationship Building : Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance solutions that fit their needs, contributing to our growth.
• Excellent Service : Continuously provide outstanding customer service, follow up on client needs, and assist with administrative support and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For :

• Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and identifying opportunities to support clients.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
